We leverage our contacts, expertise and resources against small shareholdings within these industries, bringing the business discipline necessary to grow the venture rather than just survive. We provide corporate, financial and business expertise and operational support to individuals or companies requiring assistance in further developing their business or even starting up a new venture.
City Entrepreneurs philosophy is to ensure that the founding individual/s remain the master of their own destiny. In taking this approach we ensure that we keep the principal of the business focused on growth, while we supplement by ensuring that the business structure, financial controls, and legal aspects of the company are in place.

We are a group of prudent investors who have been in Hong Kong for well over 20 years building successful businesses, business practices and relationships, together with contacts within various industries that would take years to develop individually.

The success to any business venture, no matter how big or small, is being able to financially plan and control the business from conception to daily operation and then further plan for expansion. City Entrepreneurs works with the principle to firstly sound out their concept. We assist in creating a credible business plans that identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the idea, and put in place facilities to tackle these issues.

City Entrepreneurs policy is never to be the major shareholder in any project we get involved in. We ensure that the person with the initial idea and drive remains the principle of their own business. What we bring to the table is a credible partner who they can rely on to be working with them through good times as well as the bad. We further, through our business relationships, assist in developing the business with real on the ground knowledge and expertise that would take years to learn.
On startup and initial investments we park the majority shareholding under trust, when the business is successful and operating within the guidelines agreed, we then return the shareholding to the principal in order to ensure they remain head of their own business.
